About this committee
The Operation Committee executes tasks outlined in EOSA's membership proposal. It is responsible for organizing meetings, recording data, creating data graphics, developing the EOSA course program, and coordinating with mentors.
Responsibilities
- Data Management — collects information via forms, stores the data, and transforms it into standardized graph formats for website presentation. Members missing deadlines are reported to the Discipline Committee.
- General Meetings — every two months, members complete evaluation forms by specified deadlines. The committee creates development charts presented at meetings.
- Academic Programming — before each semester, mentors and the Operation Team prepare course schedules and upload them to the calendar. The team tracks weekly course progress, communicates with instructors, and notifies mentors of lesson details before sessions occur.
