HOW DOES EOSA RUN?
We work together to develop our skills and achieve our fullest potential. To facilitate this process, EOSA has a rotating captain system that encourages all members to take leadership roles and contribute to the team’s success.
The EOSA Senate, under the guidance of its committee chairs and secretary, serves as the central oversight body.

At EOSA, we believe that learning extends beyond academics. That’s why we offer committees that focus on developing skills in leadership, teamwork, and responsibility. Our committees are centered around communication, discipline, membership, operation, and quality control. Members have the opportunity to get involved and contribute to the growth and success of the program

We conduct bi-monthly general meetings to help our members stay on track and receive the support they need to succeed.
In EOSA, we have implemented an individual mentoring system to further support our members. Our dedicated mentors are assigned to members, providing impartial assessments and acknowledging outstanding performance.
We highly regard consistency and feedback as integral elements of our program. To uphold this commitment, we regularly collect feedback from our members and prioritize it as the first agenda item during Senate meetings
