Medical students from Türkiye may apply for membership offered at the Ersin Oren Self-Learning Academy.

Applicant Qualifications
To be eligible to participate in the EOSA application process detailed below:
- Medical Students from Türkiye, whose schools are accredited by ECFMG.*
- English language proficiency
- The third and fourth MS years for 2025-2026
Application Timeline
- All candidates can apply EOSA membership from June 1, 2025 to July 13, 2025.
- The last application day is July 13, 2025.
- All applications will be assessed from July 14, 2025 to August 13, 2025 and Interview invitations will be sent the qualified candidates.
- All interviews will be performed within Months of July and August.
- The final decisions will be declared on September 25, 2025.
Application Process
- All application documents must be submitted via email to eosasocial@gmail.com
- Assessments will be only given to students who submit fully completed applications.
- Applicants will be notified via email throughout the process.
- Interviews will be performed in English via Zoom
- EOSA Agreement letters will be sent to the applicants via email if they are selected as new team members.
- The applicant must sign the agreement letter before becoming a team member.

Application Documents
- The applicants must prove their English levels officially.
- TOEFL, IELTS, OET, CEFR, and Duolingo will be accepted.
- Please note that any exam consisting solely of multiple-choice questions will not be accepted. For example, the YÖKDİL (Foreign Language Exam for Higher Education Institutions in Turkey) or any similar English proficiency test including the entry exams in schools of medicine.
- A Motivation Letter in English
- Medical School Transcript (the most recent) in English
- All application documents must be in PDF format.
