How EOSA is organised

The academy is organised into five teams, each containing five to seven members who collaborate together. Leadership within teams rotates regularly, with each team captain bearing responsibility for guiding their group.

The EOSA Senate decided to name the teams after endangered animal species — Javan Rhinos, Amur Leopard, Sunda Island Tiger, Hawksbill Turtles, and African Forest Elephant. Climate change and human activity all contribute to the loss of habitat for those animals, and the academy feels responsible for our world and all who share it.
