Article 1 — General Meetings
- General evaluation meetings are mandatory in EOSA.
- They run on two weekend days every two months.
- Members may skip a maximum of two meeting days without consequence.
- Failure to attend more than two general evaluation meetings without a valid excuse results in removal.
Article 1a
Members must complete their individual and team assignments before each general evaluation meeting.
Article 1b
All members must record the data requested by the Operations Committee between two general evaluation meetings.
Article 2 — EOSA Lectures
- Attendance at mentor-led lectures is required.
- Members may excuse themselves from a maximum of 5 lectures.
- Missing more than five lectures triggers a disciplinary warning.
Article 3 — English Speaking Sessions
- Members must participate at least two days weekly between general meetings.
- Sessions require at least 30 minutes duration.
- Team captains handle scheduling.
- Members may excuse themselves from a maximum of 4 sessions.
- Exceeding four absences results in a disciplinary warning.
Article 4 — Deadlines
- Deadlines are essential in EOSA.
- All deadlines must receive announcement.
- Non-compliance results in Discipline Committee warnings.
Article 5 — Team Activities
A minimum 40% participation rate is desired for all team activities.
